Very good service, quick turnaround. I worked with Brycen and he was wonderful! He gave me a list of recommendations and wasn't pushy with anything. He was a great conversattionalist as I waited, the only downfall was that he wasn't a Packers fan🤭

The guys are amazing and made it known that the services they talk about, are not forced. they were easy to talk to and were talkative with me. I can’t remember one of their names but he was very talkative, respectful and kind. ( thank you for coming out and complimenting my car, it means a lot. hope you’re able to go fishing soon too). Spencer was very friendly and kind as well. he explained all the services thoroughly making sure i knew i could come in a different time and specifically do those services too. All of them were friendly and helpful and i love that in a building. very time respectable too.

Went to get my oil changed, was a little bit early prior to their official opening time. They saw me waiting until their appropriate time and simply open the door and invited me in anyway. I’ve been here a few times, the staff is always extremely friendly with very low pressure as far as any additional sales are concerned. We had a really good conversation. They really took very good care of me. Would highly recommend.

Had a fabulous experience today, with very helpful and thorough staff. Mark made sure to go above and beyond checking over more then what I came in for ensuring my vehicle was in top condition for my families and my safety going into this winter season. These guys are great! My first experience in many years using “Instant Oil Change”. I always thought it best to take to dealer because of (unfounded) concerns regarding warranty, quality, etc. The Valvoline service is documented with Carfax, so a third party record is kept. All settings are reset on your vehicle regarding maintenance as well. Great service, I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes. The quickest I ever had similar service at dealer was 29 minutes, with wait usually over an hour. Plus, neither Oshkosh or Appleton Toyota dealer offers immediate service. I would have had to wait another two days minimum. Spencer (manager), Denham and James. Friendly, competent, efficient ,,,,, What more could I want? Highly recommend.
